Directing the traffic along the routs as specified and guiding the tra�c to the respective car parking areas. Organize traffic and parking arrangements for Emergency vehicles Keeping track of the vehicle parking time Car park Security and Surveillances Clamping and Towing assistance ESTATE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS) & CONTROL ROOM

Working Days:365 Days-a-year Scope of Services

1. Operation of the BMS ROUND THE CLOCK
2. Lntimating Estate Manager Etc. regarding alarm indications if any
3. Modifying the time schedule for various services connected to BMS
4. Generation of the various reports available in the software
5. Monitoring the fire alarm panel and intimating Estate Manager Etc. in case of alarms.
6. Monitoring the access control system and intimating Estate Manager Etc. of any alarm.
7. Attending to the day to day operational problems in the system hardware of the BMS
8. Walk through inspection on various equipment installed in the Facility and recording the same for reference.
9. Coordination with the OEM during the warranty / Defects Liability Period
10. Recalibration of the sensors / valves in case of deviations, if any
