Coverage:
Entire area of all the Estate and the compound including lift lobbies, common drainage and manholes excluding the areas within the individual flats.
Scope of Service:
- Treating the entire common area for general disinfestations
- Treating the entire common area for Rodent Control.
- Regular spraying of manholes, drain outlets and other areas susceptible to pest breeding.
- Rotation of pesticides to avoid immunity in pests.

In case you require termite treatment in the Common Area, we can arrange to have it organized for you at extra cost.
