- Cleaning of fire Alarm panel and checking of connections.
- Checking & rectification work of hydrant valves, Non-return valve strainers etc. for leakage in gaskets & glands.
- Checking and lubrication of Sluice Valves.
- Checking of pressure gauges, pressure switches, flow switches.
- Checking & servicing of Fire Pumps i.e. Jockey Pump, Hydrant Pump.
- Checking and Cleaning Gun Metal Parts of Hydrant Valves, Nozzles by Brasso.
- Checking & Maintenance of Hose Boxes, Hose Reels, Hose Pipes Nozzles.
- checking of Hydrant System with Hose Pipe and Hose Reel in auto as well as manual mode.
- checking of Canvas Hose Pipes for inter connection & fittings to fire hydrant.
- Monthly inspection of vicinity of all Fire Hydrants to ensure that there are no obstructions impeding accessibility to Fire Hydrant.
- Pump panel will be checked cleaned & connections tightened.
- Monthly check up of all the Fire Extinguisher and submitting a report on the status of the same.
- Refilling of empty Extinguishers.
- Co-ordination with the respective vendors for Breakdown repairs, Preventive Maintenance check, overhauling schedule, Re-programming, Up gradation in program / technology, etc.
Note:
Scope does not include supply/ replacement of faulty parts of the Fire Hydrant System (Fire Pumps, wet rises etc.). It also does not include the cost of refilling the used / empty Fire Extinguishers.
