Working Days - 7 Days a Week Coverage:
Common Area Electrical Installation like LT panels, meters, cable, common area lighting, pumps & lits except the substations.
Scope of Service:
- To check all bulbs, tubes, starters chokes, capacitors etc., and arrange for their replacement on the same day if found not working.
- To check fans and exhaust fans in the common areas and if any repair or rewinding is required, arrange for the work to be carried out. All such repair work is recorded in the logbook for billing to be done at the month end.
- Clean all tube light fittings, sport lights, street lights, exhaust fans, DB’s, panels etc. on a fortnightly basis.
- To check daily the readings of Energy Meters of the common area for periods coinciding with electricity Supply Company’s billing period and helps to check bills to ensure that there is no excess billing.
- To provide a report for jobs done and a list of areas requiring immediate action.
- Tightening of LT Panel, bus bars, incoming and outgoing cable connections.
Note :
Please Note that the supply of consumables, spares and any other material (bulbs, tubes etc.) is not including in the scope of the offer and the same will be procured by us against reimbursement by you at the end of the month.
We will provide all the tools and tackles required for operation of the facility.
The service charge is exclusive of material cost or cost of additional conveyance or liaison expenses With Government / Private Agencies, and these will be billed on actual at the end of every month. Such Liaison With Government / Private Agencies, would be undertaken only in relation to assignments handled by C&C.
