Working Days - 7 Days a week Coverage: Common Area Plumbing Installations

1. Water Pumps and Fire Pumps.
2. Toilet fixtures in the Common Area washrooms.
3. All valves, taps, floats and other fittings related to supply and drainage system and fire fighting system.
4. Any Plumbing Installation within the common area of the complex.
5. All underground & overhead tanks.

Scope of Service:

1. Maintain continuous supply of water and effcient discharge of sewage.
2. Maintaining of all supply and drainage pipes, ensuing that there is no chokage and the system is working at self cleaning velocity without surcharging at the manholes / inspection chambers.
3. Maintaining of all valves, taps, floats and other plumbing and sanitary fitting in the common areas free from leakage.
4. Maintaining of all fixtures (cistern, basin, commode, urinals, taps etc.) and pipes in the common Toilets.
5. Ensuring that the pressure of water supply for the fire fighting system is maintained at the required level.
6. Controlling of pests in co-ordination with the upkeep personnel and the Pest Control Agency, by opening the drainage chambers if any, adjacent to the Estate, to spray insecticides as and when required.
7. Checking and cleaning before monsoon, all storm water pipes of silt, debris and dry leaves.
8. Monitoring municipal water supply on a daily basis and making arrangement for storing water or controlling consumption in case of any sudden decrease in supply.
